Our highlights

Work experience and community participation

Our work experience and community participation programs offer students practical, real-world opportunities to gain hands-on experience. Through supported or independent work placements in the community, school-based placements, and TAFE attendance, students develop independence and essential workplace skills. These experiences enable students to explore their interests, practice and apply life skills, and prepare for life after school.

Cultural learning and language

Our cultural learning and language programs provide students with meaningful opportunities to explore, celebrate, and respect diverse cultures. Through activities during NAIDOC Week, Harmony Week, and school-based cultural events, students engage actively in cultural experiences. They also connect with local elders to deepen their understanding of Aboriginal culture, fostering strong community connections. These experiences help students develop greater awareness, appreciation, and pride in the rich diversity of our community.

Excursions and incursions

Excursions and incursions play a vital role in enriching student learning across key learning areas by providing immersive, real-world experiences that complement classroom instruction.
