School Murals
Our school is full of amazing murals that liven up our learning spaces and get students inspired.
A couple of our favorites are the portrait of our retired support dog, Yindi, and a cool mural of sports stars, which includes Ashley Van Rijswijk, a former student who made it to the Paralympics, along with Patty Mills and other famous athletes. Plus, there's a big storybook mural right outside the library that features some beloved reads like "The Lorax."
NITSUA (Austin) is a good friend of Snowy Valleys School and has visited us multiple times over the years to paint our murals. Austin designed and created 3 of our current murals, including: The Lorax, Sports Stars, and Bird murals.
