Below are multiple social stories to aid students in understanding transitions.

My new class

My new class (PPTX 1MB) shows the student different aspects of their new class. This includes photos of other students they may already know, the playground and a photo of their new teacher.

My new school (PPTX 529KB) tells the story of the new school a student may be attending. Aspects of the school the student may want to know about are the name of the school and parts of the school building.

Transition to school

Transition to school (PPTX 465KB) is a template to add images of different changes to environment that the student should anticipate. For example, you may add photos of the school, the student, teachers and classrooms that they will visit.
