Holiday Wellbeing Supports
This year has presented many challanges and new experiences for our young people. It is normal for them to be experiencing some mixed emotions. Whilst the holiday period can be a time of relaxation and fun, this can also be a challenging time for some people's mental health and wellbeing will be vitally important.
Here are some resources that can help parents and families to support young people during the holiday period and at other times when needed:
